The hosts set the cancelation and refund policy for each of their listings, which can be seen on the Rental Listing Page.

Cancelation Policies #
Moderate #
Full Refund if canceled at least 15 days before check-in
- Guests can cancel until 15 days before check-in for a full refund.
- If the guest cancels between 15 days and 24 hours before check-in, guests will be responsible for 50% of the rate for all nights.
- If the guest cancels after that, the guest will be responsible for 100% of the rate for all nights.
Firm #
Full Refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in
- Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
- If guests cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, the guest will be responsible for 50% of the rate for all nights.
- If the guest cancels less than 15 days before check-in, guests are still responsible for the total cost of all nights.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 15 days before check-in.
Strict #
Full Refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking, and at least 30 days before check-in
- To receive a full refund, guests need to cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in.
- If guests cancel between 15 and 30 days before check-in, they will be responsible for 50% of the rate for all nights.
- If guests cancel after that, guests will be responsible for 100% of the rate for all nights.
If your cancelation qualifies for a refund, please reach out to KVation support with your booking number, and the name, email, and phone number used to book the canceled rental (after it has been canceled).
How to Cancel Your Booked Rental #
You can submit cancelations from kvation.com > Account > Bookings > select the “Booking #” in question > you can then click the “Cancel Booking” button to cancel the booked rental.

Refund Process #
If your cancelation qualifies for a refund, please reach out to KVation support with your booking number, and the name, email, and phone number used to book the canceled rental (after it has been canceled.
Pending your method of payment, refunds can show on your Credit Card or Bank statement 3-10 business days from after KVation or the rental Host submitted the refund (which averagely gets submitted within 3 business days)
